Nancy Curran Willis

 

Nancy Curran Willis (Director) returns to the Players after a ten year absence and is thrilled to once again team up with Jen and Dave, having won an EMACT DASH best production award for their last effort; Arlington Friends of the Drama's production of West Side Story in 2006. Other directing credits include: Deathtrap and Jake's Women for Concord Players as well as award-winning productions of True West & Stye of the Eye & The Boys Next Door for Quannapowitt Players; A Piece of My Heart for AFD and Equus for The Footlight Club.

She has directed over 70 productions for community, regional, professional and high school theaters in the area and worked in professional theater as the Managing Director for Gloucester Stage Company and later Boston Theatre Works. In 2008, Nancy was the proud recipient of an Elliot Norton Award (Boston's professional theater equivalent of a Tony Award) for direction of Angels in America for Boston Theatre Works, which also took outstanding production honors.
