Looking for local entertainment, David Atwood subscribed to the1999-2000 Player's season and saw three fabulous productions. He went away with new respect for community theater. In August 2000 he responded to a notice in the Newsletter looking for “back up” stage managers and ended up producing the fall show. Since then he has stage managed, operated lights and sound, produced, and built a bunch of sets including "Chicago", "1776", and "Cinderella". Currently he is a member of the web team, the stage floor renovation team, keeps the Player’s database, does the box office, is building all three sets this season, and co-producing “She Loves Me” He is also on the FOPAC Board. Warning, do not subscribe to a season, it could lead to more involvement with The Concord Players.
