Ed is excited to return to Concord to assist with the production of Blithe Spirit. Having been the sound designer for The Scarlet Pimpernel, he enjoyed working with everyone then and now renewing those old friendships.  He also served on the Players' sound technology committee that coordinate the purchase of the new speaker system. He is a theater techie at heart; you can not pay him enough to be on stage.

His primary interest is sound design having been the sound designer for multiple musicals including AFD’s production of The Boy from Oz and A Little Night Music as well as Wellesley Player’s productions including Fiddler on the Roof and Cabaret.  In the Fall of 2016, he worked with Hovey Players designing the sound track for Neil Simon’s Chapter Two and The How and the Why. He has done numerous shows with Holliston's Washington Street Players where he serves as the group's Technical Director and is a member of their Board of Directors.

When not working on a local show, he is tending toward retirement but he “dabbles” as the business manager for two Framingham based design businesses: corporate graphic design and residential landscape design and oversee the operation of his family farm in Illinois - when not camping or seeing productions on Broadway.
