Craig Howard
Craig returns to the CP stage sporting a new accent, having last played Andre Thibault in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (in which nobody ever spat at him). He has also appeared here on a magnificent ship in The Scarlet Pimpernel (Elton), and in She Loves Me (Sipos), Forum (Marcus Lycus), Evita (Juan Peron), and is very honored to have played Samuel Chase in Concord’s production of 1776.
Other performances over the past 25 years include Urinetown: The Musical (Officer Lockstock, an EMACT/DASH award nominee), Kiss Me Kate (Fred Graham/ Petruchio), My Fair Lady (Henry Higgins), Man of La Mancha (Cervantes/Quixote), Follies (Ben Stone), Camelot (Arthur), The Odd Couple (Oscar Madison), and Beauty & the Beast (Cogsworth), with such other groups as the Weston Friendly Society, the Footlight Club, Reagle Players, Acton’s Theatre III, Turtle Lane Playhouse, and the Savoyard Light Opera Company of Carlisle. His most recent major musical comedy role was Max Bialystock in the NH community theatre premiere of The Producers with Nashua’s Actorsingers, for which he was nominated as Best Actor in a Musical by the New Hampshire Theatre Awards! And while it took over 25 years, Craig just recently made his Gilbert and Sullivan debut as the Lord Chancellor in Iolanthe with Mass Theatrica!
By day, Craig performs as a Speech-Language Pathologist at an elementary school in Pepperell, and has spent almost 3 years as a very happy first-time homeowner in North Billerica with his wife, Jamie.
