Douglas Cooper (Scenic Designer) has contributed to the region’s schools and community theatre fabric for over 35 years as a producer, director and designer.  Doug’s first scenery design for the Players was 23 years ago for Madwoman of Chaillot. Over the years he’s been associated with a dozen productions for Concord.  He’s directed two productions for Concord, George Washington Slept Here and the very first play on the new stage floor, All My Sons. 

Doug has completed three years on the Players' Play Selection Committee and will be producing the spring musical, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. And if producing a big musical this season wasn’t enough, he’s following it by producing Concord’s fall 2011 musical as well.
