Jim Fitzpatrick

Jim Fitzpatrick (Emcee) is thrilled to perform his first encore for the Concord Players, where he was last seen as The Soldier/Alex in Sunday in the Park with George.  A twenty-year plus veteran of the community theater stage, Jim is a regular performer at the Turtle Lane Playhouse in Newton, where he has played the Baker in Into the Woods, Marvin in Falsettos, Anatoly in Chess, John Jasper in The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Archie in The Secret Garden, Malcolm in The Full Monty and Guido in Nine, among others.

Jim has won the Eastern Massachusetts Association of Community Theater's DASH award for Best Actor in a Musical twice, for his portrayal of Molina in Kiss of the Spider Woman and also as Bill Snibson in Me and My Girl, and was nominated for a third time last year for his portrayal of Alan Swann in My Favorite Year.  Other favorite roles include Dr. Frank N Furter in The Rocky Horror Show, Christopher "Kit" Gill in No Way to Treat a Lady, Gordon Schwinn in A New Brain and Albin in La Cage Aux Folles.

In his spare time, Jim works as a programmer for MEDITECH. His performance is dedicated to his perfectly marvelous roommate, Bruce!
